Founder & Chief Executive

Hello, I am the Founder and Chief Executive of the Gutsy Women Foundation (GWF). An organisation which believes that every woman and girl deserves access to mentorship, training and networking that transforms ambition into achievement.

My vision has brought together hundreds of women, world-class mentors and committed sponsors under one roof, building a movement that goes far beyond a single event. My leadership of the GWF is based on purpose, passion and a deep commitment to leveling the playing field.

Our Work

Mentorship

We connect young women with experienced mentors through the GUTSY Women Mentoring Programme (GWMP), providing guidance, support and inspiration on personal and professional journeys.

Advocacy

We actively advocate for policies that promote gender equality and women's rights, working with policymakers, civil society organisations and the media to drive systemic change.

Education

We develop and deliver educational programmes that raise awareness about women's rights and empower women to claim their rightful place in society.

Women's Health

We advocate for access to quality healthcare services for women, including reproductive health and mental health, recognising health as foundational to full participation in society.

Research

We support gender-based research to identify and address inequalities faced by women and girls, using evidence to inform our advocacy efforts and programme development.
